YOUR MISSION
Reporting to the Head of the Corporate & M&A Department, you will be involved in all aspects of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and contract law, as well as related or cross-functional matters.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES are as follows:
1. Provide legal advice (consultations, memoranda, etc.)
2. Drafting legal opinions
3. Drafting and reviewing contracts
4. Provide legal advice and analysis on various legal issues ranging from corporate governance to liquidation and mergers and acquisitions
5. Drafting of deeds relating to the incorporation and life of companies and legal secretarial services
6. Restructuring and privatization operations
7. Equity investment & IPO
8. Private equity.

ARE YOU THE RIGHT CANDIDATE? JOIN US
1. You are registered to a Bar Association and have at least 5 years of professional experience in a law firm.
2. You have a Good Knowledge of OHADA Law and are perfectly bilingual (English/French).
3. You are proficient in the Office package (Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive). You are a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. You are recognized for your initiative.
5. You are autonomous and recognized for your sense of responsibility in case management.
6. You are highly responsive, with a keen sense of analysis and synthesis.
7. You are intellectually curious with a thirst for discovery.
