Under the direct supervision of the Principal Officer, Systems Acquisition & Implementation, the incumbent accelerates IT modernization, centralizing best practices and expertise for holistic transformation within ECOWAS.
He/She will plan and develop database and troubleshooting as required to ensure that the server security is up to date.
He/She designs, installs, configures, tests, manages, monitors, supports, and troubleshoots all server, storage & backup components of the Data Center, disaster recovery site and other remote locations.
Under the direct supervision of the service Desk Officer, the incumbent will be one point of contact for internal staff to report faults and provide users of technology within ECOWAS with IT support services.
He/She installs, configures, and maintains the IT/ computer network systems for ECOWAS, responsible for ensuring that all IT/computer networks are functioning properly and up to date
